Shane has his fatherâs technique (not bad but not great) but he lacks his dadâs speed and power. Mosley relied on superior strength and speed to overpower guys, which is why he was way less effective in his 30s. As opposed to guys like Hopkins, Mayweather, and Toney whose technical skill prolonged their careers.

Living up to the standards of those men is nothing easy to grow up with. In private schools with demanding work, and obviously they are going to have to put in a lot of work with any sport because of their father being an athletic influence. It's not easy, just different problems. You should open up your perspective more, money does not guarantee anything. Especially peace of mind

Shane Jr. is just above average. He has a long way to go. Too early to say for certain. l didn't see anything connecting him to Championship level yet.. l see Shane Jr., made allot of mistakes. Christian's eye closing is what probably saved Shane from losing this fight. The fighters were very, evenly matched. Only time will tell. My gut feeling says, l hope he has a B plan. I see him retiring from đ„before he reaches the age of retirement. It's awfully hard for any son to follow in his dad's footsteps, especially in a physical sport like boxing. I wish him well though.

@Mr P Agreed, he didn't look very fluid, defence looks pretty sloppy at times like he's caught between thoughts. Canelo, Saunders, Plant, Benavidez all look a million miles away in terms of talent and ability right now.

Jr. Does not move his head and he needs to. Punches well in combination, has a better jab than his pops but is not as physically imposing as Sr. He has to become more defensively responsible, guys at 160 can really punch.

Heâs smart in that he fights guys in his own level in terms of the skill-set. He most probably knows what his fate is against top level fighters.

Imo Jr. is gonna get dramatically KO'd. He took far too many big punches countering his punches that he didn't see (the worst kind) or worse yet seemingly wasn't really even prepared for return fire. Doesn't look like a big middleweight either wish him well though.

Shane Jr. is just above average. He has a long way to go. Too early to say for certain. l didn't see anything connecting him to Championship level yet.. l see Shane Jr., made allot of mistakes. Christian's eye closing is what probably saved Shane from losing this fight. The fighters were very, evenly matched. Only time will tell. My gut feeling says, l hope he has a B plan. I see him retiring from đ„before he reaches the age of retirement. It's awfully hard for any son to follow in his dad's footsteps, especially in a physical sport like boxing. I wish him well though.
